9.0.3 preview download site NOT WORKING - JDeveloper and ADF

I would very much like to download the 9.0.3 preview of JDeveloper 9i, however the the link:
only shows me the "Page cannot be displayed error"
When it is fixed, can someone email me at dgagliardi#yahoo.com and let me know it has been fixed.

Try again or try a mirror download server

Cant download JHeadStart 10.1.2 Evaluation Release

It seems the "download" link (http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/htdocs/devlic.html?/technology/consulting/9iServices/soft10g.html) is not working properly. May you fix it? Thanks

download of Jdeveloper 10.1.3 Preview

Can not download JDeveloper 10.1.3 Preview for more than a week now. All links (complete download) and base do not work. Urgently need to do an evaluation. Thanks
Does the URL you are trying to access contain download-east.oracle.com, download-west.oracle.com, or download-uk.oracle.com as root?
If so, use one of the variants indicated above.

Also, since nothing appears to be wrong with these files, make sure your browser is accepting cookies and javascript is enabled.

oc4j preview download link broken?

Is the oc4j preview download link broken (http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/oc4j/1003/preview/oc4j_extended.zip )? I seem to always end up with the OTN-contents page (http://otn.oracle.com/content.html) by the way of the license restriction page...
This issue has been fixed. Please try again.

Still no JDeveloper Download

Unable to download jDeveloper - I've tried 10 times - Keep getting server busy or not up message.
Can you download anything from OTN? This download seems to be working fine so please give us some more details on your browser/version.
Finally success on 2/23 - I use Firefox

Download Jdeveloper 10g

I can't download the:
JDeveloper 10g (Version 10.1.2, build 1811)
I think you guys have a broken link
After I Filled the Form
I got this:
Page not Found
I realy apreciated if u guys can send-me some
information about it.
Seems to be working fine, but may be easier to simply access the download page directly:
Cheers, OTN
Actually, the original poster seems to be correct. If you follow the links to download 10.1.2 or 10.1.3 from this page:
you will see the broken links in both those cases.
The problem seems to be this page for 10.1.3 and its equivalent for 10.1.2:
with the text:
" Thank you for your interest in downloading Oracle JDeveloper 10g 10.1.3 J2EE Edition Developer Preview.
Once you sign in and answer a very short survey you'll get access to download Oracle JDeveloper 10g 10.1.3.
Please click on the link to the left to continue to the sign in page."
Once you click this link to the left you get sent to the 404 page.
Its not really useful saying there is a direct link unless you change the site itself to use that link (and thus fix the problem).
It seems that there might be some traffic to this area after the announcements at JavaOne. It would be a bummer if you guys miffed it again becasue your site is broken and you wont take the time to verify and fix it.
At the moment we can't reproduce this problem, but are working on it.
Cheers, OTN
